📋 Context

At Younited, the Partnerships team manages all intermediated credit activity. We offer two solutions: 

- Younited Pay, an instalment facility popular with merchants and customers for major purchases 

- Younited Credit via Partner, a solution that allows financial institutions to easily offer consumer credit to their customers. 

Since its creation in 2019, the Partnerships business has developed strongly, with growth of over 100%! We work with prestigious partners such as Bouygues Telecom, Bpifrance, Microsoft, etc. in France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.  

Within Partnerships, the Project & Operations team covers a wide range of activities, from supporting the sales phase to onboarding new partners on our solutions (industrial or dedicated), including monitoring and managing the life of the partnership (improvements, operations, etc.). We work with almost all stakeholders, both internally at Younited and with our partners, on a wide range of subjects. 

The team is organised by activity between Pay and Credit, and also manages cross-functional subjects (third-party distribution channels, partner support, etc.). 

As Project Manager - Lead Credit, you will be responsible for developing the Credit business in collaboration with the other Partnerships teams in Europe, in two main areas: 

- The development of our industrial offering, enabling the simple implementation of a credit solution for our financial institution partners 

- The development and monitoring of our strategic partnerships and dedicated solutions for our major partners. You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy, allowing you to exercise your sense of initiative. You will work in collaboration with a large number of internal teams (Sales, Product, Tech, Operations, etc.) as well as partner teams. 

Your responsabilities :

  • HELPING TO ENSURE THE COMMERCIAL SUCCESS OF OUR CREDIT BUSINESS: 

  • Taking part in the pre-sales and sales phases, to present the solution, understand partners’ needs and identify the most appropriate solution. 

  • Contribution to RFI, RFP (Request for Information/Proposal) 

  • Identifying market needs to keep solutions at the forefront of partner requirements 

  • SUPPORTING PARTNERS ON THE INDUSTRIAL SOLUTION AND ON DEDICATED SOLUTIONS 

  • Onboarding new partners in France and Europe (in liaison with local teams) on our industrial solution 

  • Identifying, specifying and monitoring developments to continuously improve our solutions in conjunction with the Tech and Product teams 

  • Support partners during the RUN phase to ensure their satisfaction and proactively identify ways of optimising our internal processes 

  • Manage potential dedicated projects for strategic partners 

  • Act as the main point of contact for external and internal teams on credit issues 

  • Contribute to the overall development of the Partnerships business through related issues (operations, performance)


Profil recherché

🫵 About your profile

  • Master degree higher education in business or engineering (or academic equivalent) 

  • 5+ years’ professional experience in consulting, financial services or start-ups with links to financial institutions  

  • Good analytical skills 

  • Fluent English Level

  • Demonstrated initiative and dynamism 

  • Solution-oriented mindset

  • Interest in tech/digital issues

  • His background: Clément spent 4 years at Kearney in strategy consulting. This experience enabled him to work in different countries and sectors, particularly in the payment industry. He joined Younited in 2020 as Project Manager and is now in charge of the Projects & Operations team within Partnerships.
