We are seeking a Workday Junior Specialist to strengthen our HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the configuration and deployment of Workday, including the integration of hotel employees across 7 countries.
· Assist in the rollout of new modules, such as Absence Management and the Learning Management System.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday processes.
· Provide day-to-day support to Workday users, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
· Contribute to the change management strategy to ensure successful adoption and optimal system use.
· Help develop and deliver training materials for end users.
· Stay informed on the latest Workday releases to ensure effective system maintenance and access to new features.
Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 1 year of experience with Workday (HCM module required; additional modules like Talent & Performance, Compensation, Absence, Learning, or Report Writer are a plus).
· Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
· Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities.
