*Team* 

The Marketing & Sales development team is an international team working across multiple countries including US, EMEA and JAPAC. Our mission is to develop LumApps’ brand, attract new prospects and customer engagement. This newly created role to help accelerate the pipeline and marketing efficiency reports directly to the new CMO, SVP Marketing, Elizabeth Coleon.


*Missions*

  1. Drive the strategy & planning process for marketing, sales development and cross-team campaigns.

  2. Lead execution of cross-team campaigns and other diverse initiatives with responsibility for P&L impact.

  3. Manage the marketing & sales development budget.


*Skills*

  1. Project management expertise: Lead complex projects and drive cross-functional teams to results.

  2. Marcoms, Growth, Revops or other Marketing expertise: ideally in Large enterprise B2B Saas environment.

  3. Strategic thinking while being detail oriented.

  4. Comfort with spreadsheets and analyzing marketing results.

  5. Strong presentation skills (verbal and written: google slides, etc.).

  6. Fluent english required. Proficient French important. Italian, Spanish, German, Japanese a plus.
