Join our Retail Media & Sellers Advertising Team at ManoMano, where you will play a crucial role in increasing our Sellers and Brands' investments in advertising.

As an Advertising Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Sellers and Brands, driving ambitious advertising revenue targets primarily in the French market.
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Account Manager with a strong commercial background who can effectively grow advertising investments from our portfolio of sellers on the ManoMano platform.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in client relations, achieving ambition targets, and driving revenue growth in the advertising sector through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Sellers and Brands, focusing on increasing their advertising investment.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the adoption of sponsored advertising products and drive average monthly spends among our sellers.
  • Help ensure that high potential advertisers reach their performance goals quickly and stay active and healthy,
  • Build campaign optimisation proposals that are meaningful, compelling and relevant to advertisers,
  • Monitor account performance for optimal ROI and advertiser satisfaction and to provide oversight and root cause analysis of issues affecting advertisers,
  • Up-sell by using business analytics expertise to proactively identify opportunities to increase revenue and performance
  • Be able to up sell with other format such as Trade Marketing & Data monetization
  • Initiate and lead innovative projects to enhance advertising sales processes and overall adoption.

Requirements:

  • Graduated from a Business School / Engineering School or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with at least 3+ years of experience in digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis,
  • Work experience in digital media including display/search advertising, campaign optimisation, analytics platforms, client management and business development,
  • Demonstrated ability with interpreting large data sets to make recommendations to clients or customers and/or internal partners,
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously,
  • FR mandatory, Fluent English .
