Job description
As a strategic growth driver, ManoMano is expanding and enhancing its logistics and transport activities in France and Europe. We aim to enhance B2B and B2C end-to-end customer experiences by providing reliable, low-friction, and cost-effective solutions at a best-in-class level.
To achieve this, we are looking for a Delivery and Fulfillment Operational Performance Coordinator to support our innovation on behalf of our customers.
As a key member of our team, you will report to the Logistics Operation Excellence Leader and collaborate closely with logistics and transport team members to enhance the quality and performance of ManoMano's logistics operations. Your role will involve working across the entire supply chain, where you will utilize data to drive continuous improvements in our operational processes and boost customer satisfaction. You will conduct in-depth analyses to identify potential areas for improvement and assist the team in effectively using our tools and data to optimize the efficiency of the Delivery and Fulfillment team.

Your responsibilities
Create and automate performance monitoring dashboards using various tools, including Google, Snowflake, and QlikView.
Oversee data quality and knowledge management to maintain high standards.
Explore and utilize new data sources and AI technologies to enhance operational insights.
Warehouse Operation Performance: Assess dispatch quality, warehouse productivity, and mechanization efficiency.
Transport Performance: Evaluate on-time delivery rates, delivery commitments, and delivery losses.
Net Promoter Score: Analyze customer feedback to gauge satisfaction.
Optimal usage of consumables and best practices in packaging.
Enhancements in delivery commitments and carrier strategies.
Sales and Operations Planning models and inventory strategies.
Preferred experience
Engineering / Business / Tech School
Curious about Operations and Ecommerce/Marketplace
Data driven, analytical skills required with advanced Excel / GoogleSheet skills and ready to become a SQL expert
Fluency in French and English
