Your role

As a Teamlead Account Manager, you will take center stage in driving Hublo’s business to the next level. Your leadership will inspire a team of talented sales professionals, while your strategic insight and execution will directly impact Hublo’s mission of transforming healthcare operations.

Reporting to Maxime (Sales Director), you’ll lead a team of 5 Account Manager to achieve and exceed ambitious new ARR targets, focusing on bringing new clients onboard and scaling our impact.

  • Inspire and Develop Your Team: Coach a team of high-performing Account Managers. Lead by example, foster ownership, and build a strong culture of growth and collaboration.
  • Retain and Grow Key Accounts: Protect and expand our client base. Track upsell, churn, and engagement to drive long-term value and impact.
  • Be a Strategic Partner: Act as the link between your team and leadership. Ensure strong execution of sales methodologies tailored to real customer needs.
  • Unlock Key Deals: Support your team on complex negotiations. Step in where your presence helps close, retain, or expand.
  • Champion Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with CS, Product, and Marketing. Ensure alignment, smooth transitions, and shared success.
  • Set the Standard for Excellence: Lead the way on tools like Hubspot and Notion. Build a feedback culture rooted in rigor and results.
    Drive Smart Innovation: Push your team to test, improve, and rethink the way we serve and retain our customers. 
  • Be a Role Model for Commercial Excellence: Use tools like Hubspot and Notion rigorously. Set the tone for discipline, feedback, and precision.

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years experience in a sales position within a Tech / Software Company 
  • Extensive experience in hunting and developing major accounts, with a concrete example of deployment within a Tier 1 group,
  • First experience in team management and coaching,
