As a Consultant AI / Solution Expert, you will play a key role in the adoption and optimal use of our AI solutions by our clients and the development of the product. You will act as the interface between technology and the user, ensuring companies fully harness the potential of our platform. Your expertise and educational approach will be essential in training, supporting, and guiding our clients in automating their processes using generative AI.

• Product-Related Responsibilities:

  • User Research & Product Development: Conduct user research to understand usage, pain points, and identify product improvements. Collaborate with the product team to integrate user feedback and continuously improve our platform.

  • Pilot Project Management: Lead the adoption of pilot projects, advising clients on best practices and ensuring successful implementation of our AI solutions.

  • Internal Consulting: Work with internal teams to automate tasks and contribute to process optimization through AI and intelligent agents. Support the product team with actionable insights from user interactions and automation initiatives.

• Client Onboarding & Support:

  • Lead onboarding sessions and host calls with AI champions and their teams (5-10 participants).

  • Conduct quarterly calls with AI champions to analyze progress and discuss new strategies.

  • Hold strategic client calls to ensure continuous engagement.

• Training & Education:

  • Write “Mendo Labs” to train users in automating tasks on our platform.

  • Create concrete and creative examples of generative AI use in various functions (HR, Marketing, Sales, etc.).

  • Host webinars on AI use cases, best practices, and new features.

• Generative AI Expertise: You have a solid understanding of AI technologies and their impact on business processes.

• Experience with Large Enterprises: You understand the realities of employees in large corporations (CAC40, SBF120, SP500).

• Pedagogy & Empathy: You have excellent communication skills and can simplify complex technical concepts.

• Diplomacy & Impact: You are motivated by impact and know how to navigate complex environments with tact.

• Experience in Automation: You have worked on automation projects using AI.

• Bonus: Experience in product development is a plus.

• Full french & english fluency is mandatory
