As a member of the Client Service team dedicated to fund distribution services, you will act as the interface between clients and internal collaborators such as Operations and Finance. You will handle BAU queries and troubleshoot issues received from clients to ensure ahigh level of client satisfaction. There will be strong collaboration with the global sales and relationship mangers, helping to identify new business opportunities with existing clients. The position reports to the Head of Client Services.
Responsibilities
Handle BAU queries received from clients via calls, emails and CRM system
Responsible and accountable to meet customers’ and internal critical metrics and service levels to resolve client queries
Review daily data flows to ensure coverage of clients’ positions with FMC agreements
Prepare and verify monthly/quarterly revenue statements to be sent to clients
Liaise with FMCs and clients for ongoing due diligence campaigns
Support implementation and BAU account opening processes
Develop collaborative working relationships with different functions within the group in pursuit of delivering “best-in class” client service
Working knowledge in fund operations and/or distribution, with at 3 years of relevant experience
Team-player and able to multitask effectively
Good verbal and written communication skills both in French and in English
Meticulous and detailed with excellent organizational skills
Willingness to take on new tasks as and when required
Independent, highly motivated, pro-active, sense of ownership and urgency
