Your context and mission

Modjo is going fast, with a client portfolio that is evolving over time in volume, in client types (startups, scale-ups, enterprise) and geographies. We need a strong team to support this growth for the long run and to continue delivering the best-in-class experience to our costumers.

As an Account Manager at Modjo, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts from onboarding through renewal and during the entire run phase. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, secure renewals, and maximize contract value. You will be a key player in guiding customers through their journey with Modjo, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes and see continuous value from our solution.

In addition, a crucial aspect of your role will be to identify and leverage AI use cases. As an AI expert, you will be expected to understand and explore the potential of AI to enhance customer experiences and drive business value. This includes identifying opportunities where AI can solve customer problems, improve processes, and deliver innovative solutions. Your expertise in AI will position you as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them unlock new possibilities and achieve superior outcomes with Modjo's AI-driven capabilities.

In this context, you’ll have to coordinate different missions

- Implementation of Modjo

Build a strong implementation plan with our customer’s project owner in order to ramp up their employees quickly and efficiently. Our goal : ensure that they understand the value we deliver, have the best practices and become addicted to Modjo!

- Adoption - run

Following our high touch strategy, you will have to build and foster strong relationships with different stakeholder of the company focusing on C-level. Your goals will be to create close and impactfull relationships with our Key Decision Makers but also your Project Owners and Champions. You’ll follow a clear customer journey ensuring you have impact in any touch point.

- Growth and retention

You’ll be in charge of the growth of your portfolio, which means :

Identify new opportunities on your portfolios.

Ensure renewal contract negotiation and maximise its value.

- Customer Advocacy

Act as the voice of the customer within Modjo, providing feedback to product and development teams to improve the platform.

Foster strong customer advocacy, encouraging satisfied customers to share their positive experiences and act as references.

- AI Expert

You will be expected to understand and explore the potential of AI to enhance customer experiences and drive business value. Your expertise in AI will position you as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Here are some required skills to be great at this job

- Min. 2 years of experience as : Account Manager/CSM, AE/Sales or Project Manager

- Full professional proficiency in English (we have international clients!) and in French

- Relevant experience in contact with C-level

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs

- An entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for finding creative solutions and working independently

Bonus skills & experiences:

- Good knowledge of SAAS environment

- Familiarity with CRM software and customer success platforms is a plus

- Previous experiences in Sales, Customer Success or Account Management with a proven track record of overachieving targets
