More than ever, we need to build the best marketing team ever so as to make this journey through AI something super lean and transformative for our clients. We are looking for an Event & Communication Manager to structure and lead our marketing efforts, supporting our sales teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

As our Event & Communication Manager, your focus will be driven by the creation of an outstanding customer experience. You will develop and execute marketing customer strategies in collaboration with the sales and product teams.

Your main responsibilities will include:

> Supporting the Sales Teams to make the prospect and customer lifecycle a dream.

main KPI impacted : win rate through marketing influence.

- Create and deliver relevant sales materials / content (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU): customer testimonials, white papers, value proposition decks, webinars, industry insights, and trend articles.

- Collaborate closely with sales to energize the sales lifecycle with engaging content.

> Managing Internal and External Events:

main KPI impacted : win rate through marketing influence.

- Organize Modjo's participation in industry trade shows and partner events.

- Coordinate internal meet-ups, dinners or any relevant opportunity to gather our business ecosystem, potentially in collaboration with external partners.

- Track and analyze event performance to maximize impact.

> Online and Offline Presence:

main KPI impacted : brand awareness.

- Enhance Modjo's visibility on key platforms like G2 or Capterra and manage customer reviews to promote Modjo.

- Work with PR agencies & our founder Paul to boost Modjo's media presence in specialized and mainstream publications.

- Oversee our presence on LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.

> Management and Leadership:

To succeed in your mission, you will have to supervise and mentor a junior marketing resource, fostering her growth and development.

You will need to be super confortable collaborating with sales people and product marketing: it is from utmost importance they will see you as a cornestone enabling them to outperform.

Finally, you will face our customers regularly if not daily.

Your Profile

- Experience: 3–6 years in B2B marketing (excluding internships and so on - 2 experiences maximum), ideally in SaaS or a AI-driven environment.

- Skills:

Excellent writing and organizational skills.

Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Familiarity with marketing tools (HubSpot, CMS, platforms like G2, etc.).

- Personal Qualities:

Autonomous, creative, and proactive. We are searching for a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Strong ability to collaborate with sales and product teams.

Results-oriented with excellent prioritization skills in a fast-changing environment.

Excellent networking abilities, lust to meet people.

You will report to our VP product & marketing, ~20 years of xp, ex Younited cofounder (french fintech unicorn).
