We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Business & Strategy Intern to join our dynamic team based in Paris. As a member of our Growth & Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Monk’s ambitious growth strategy and business development initiatives. The intern will work closely with Monk’s leadership team and product team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Conduct market research and strategic business analysis for diverse verticals and target markets.

• Participate actively in strategic partnership management

• Engage in customer acquisition initiatives via LinkedIn and email outreach.

• Represent Monk in forums, conferences and fairs

• Manage and qualify inbound leads, maintaining accurate and updated records in CRM

• Prepare, participate, and occasionally lead client and sales meetings.

• Perform ROI analyses tailored to specific client use-cases.

• Contribute to marketing activities, including managing Monk’s LinkedIn presence and drafting press releases, newsletters, and industry articles.

• Create and maintain internal reporting dashboards to track objectives and performance metrics.

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (Business, Economics, Management, or related fields).

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Autonomous, proactive, and eager to take on responsibilities.

• Interest in AI, technology & innovation in general.

• Fluency in English; French is a plus; additional languages are an advantage.
