Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, the Client Program Manager is responsible for creating, managing, and monitoring programs aimed at improving engagement and satisfaction across various client segments (mostly photovoltaic installers)

This role requires a deep understanding of the specific needs of each customer segment and the implementation of tailored strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Needs Detection and Analysis:

  • Identify the specific expectations of our key accounts, new customers, and other segments, particularly the “long tail.”
  • Collect and analyze data to personalize support programs.

Program Development and Management:

  • Key Accounts: Develop advanced training and engagement programs for experienced installers to deepen their knowledge of our offerings and strengthen loyalty.
  • New Customers: Design intensive training and support programs to assist first-time buyers in becoming familiar with our products.
  • Other Customers: Implement engagement initiatives tailored to diverse needs, fostering long-lasting relationships with the brand.

Program Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Carefully measure the effectiveness of programs and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales, product, marketing, and support teams to coordinate actions and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Participate in defining business priorities and aligning initiatives with company objectives.


Profil recherché

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing or Complex Project Management, in an agile and demanding environment.
  • Experience in the energy sector is a plus.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client program or account management, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Contractual Conditions

  • Contract Type: Permanent (CDI)
  • Compensation and Benefits: Compensation ranging between 50k€ and 70k€, Meal vouchers, RTT (additional paid leave), Health Insurance.
  • Work Location: Lyon 6 (69).
  • Recruitment Process:
    1. Video interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team
    2. Video interview with the Head of PMM
    3. In-person interview at our offices: Use Case discussion with our Head of PMM (and CMO)
    4. Last Round with our CMO
