Within our Customer Success team, your role will be to organise events in collaboration with clients and service providers, or assist event project managers in this mission, including:
Ensure client satisfaction and rapid response to client requests
Conduct negotiations with service providers
Protect the company’s profit margin on each event
Build and maintain a trust-based relationship with clients and service providers
Onboard and train new joiners
Improve processes, tools and the product
During periods of lower activity, source and onboard new service providers
Compensation & Benefits
Salary €38,000K + €4,000K€ bonus (uncaped)
