Your Role at Welii

We are looking for a passionate Product Director to lead our product department and shape our product vision. You will play a key role in developing the product roadmap and growing our team.

Your Responsibilities 🎯

• Develop Product Strategy: Translate the company’s vision into a clear and prioritized product roadmap.

• Lead the Team: Manage, train, and inspire a team of 5, including 2 Product Managers and 2 Product Designers.

• Optimize Performance: Establish and monitor KPIs to maximize the product department’s performance.

• Collaborate with Teams: Work with the technical department and other teams to align goals and boost results.

• Grow the Team: Double the size of the product team within 24 months.

What We’re Looking For 🔍

• Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience managing teams of 10 or more, preferably in a scale-up environment.

• Skills: Strong understanding of product strategy and project management.

• Leadership: Ability to motivate and develop a team towards excellence.

• Collaboration: Ability to work synergistically with multiple departments.

• Passion: Enthusiasm for our mission and tackling challenges.
