About Najar

At Najar, we are reinventing the purchasing experience for businesses. Founded in 2021, our mission is to transform the purchasing process through innovative solutions. Following a successful Seed funding round and a Series A of €13 million, we aim to achieve €5 million in recurring revenue by the end of 2024 and €15 million by the end of 2025.

Your Role at Najar

Najar’s BDR team is growing! As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in Najar’s success as we continue to conquer the market. Your mission will be to engage potential customers, generate interest in our solutions, and book qualified meetings for the sales team.


Profil recherché

What We’re Looking For 🔍

  • Experience: At least 9 months’ experience as a BDR.

  • Mindset: Willingness to learn with an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Language skills: Proficiency in English and French.

  • Passion for tech: You’re passionate about technology, comfortable with product demos, and advising on tool choices.

  • Energy & curiosity: You bring positive energy and a curiosity to learn and grow.

  • Communication: Strong communication skills with active listening, empathy, and a problem-solving attitude.

  • Organizational skills: Time management and the ability to work autonomously.

  • Nice to have: Previous experience in a FinTech or SaaS company.

  • Case Study: With Alexandre (Lead BDR-IS) and Olivier (Senior BDR - 1 hour 30

  • Culture Fit 1 : With Lucas (Chief of Staff) - 30 minutes

  • Meet our Founder : Vincent (CEO) - 30 minutes
