We are on a mission to reinvent procurement by transforming complex processes into simple and automated actions.
Najar empowers businesses with cutting-edge procurement solutions that are adaptable, reliable, and focused on long-term financial health. With our AI-driven platform, businesses can confidently navigate the complexities of procurement, ensuring that every decision is visible, precise, and built to last.
With Najar, businesses have the tools they need to take control of their procurement processes, optimize spending, and unlock the full power of automation. Just like the navigation systems in a spaceship’s control room, our platform ensures that every insight is within reach.
Our cofounder, who previously led the financial department in another company, experienced the pain around procurement processes and the lack of clarity and information. To solve this, he founded Najar in 2021.
In just a few years, we’ve grown to several millions in ARR supporting 180+ customers in France and across Europe in their procurement journey, growing the team to 60+ people (including remote employees).
Following a successful Seed funding round and a Series A of €15 million led by 13Books, Portage and Tomcat, we are focused on continuing our growth and expanding our impact in the market.
We have the ambition of being the leading procurement solution in France, and Europe. Our goal is to become the strategic partner for businesses, their Architect of Trust.
As we scale, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and bring structure, clarity, and execution power to our product design initiatives. At Najar, we believe great product design is as much about product thinking as it is about visual and interaction design. This role is critical in ensuring our Product squad operates efficiently, tackling complex user experience challenges, and refining our UI/UX to optimize usability, engagement, and adoption. You’ll not only craft elegant and intuitive interfaces but also deeply understand our users, define problem spaces, and drive strategic product decisions. We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks in systems, and collaborates closely with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to shape the product. If you have a strong design background, a sharp product intuition, and the ability to balance speed with quality, we’d love to have you on board.
User-centered design: Ensure the product is designed with a strong focus on user needs, making procurement seamless and intuitive. Drive user research and translate insights into actionable product and/or design decisions
Product experience excellence: Elevate the product’s UI/UX, ensuring clarity, usability, and engagement, with a strong mindset of making the complex simple
End-to-end product thinking: Go beyond visuals & user experience, by actively contributing to product strategy, defining problem spaces, and helping shape solutions that align with our ambitious OKRs while fulfilling user needs
Design system & Consistency: Establish and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure scalability and coherence across all user interfaces
Data-driven design: Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to refine and validate design choices
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with PMs and engineers to ensure seamless execution and impactful design decisions, while fostering deep product discussions that influence roadmaps
Outcome-driven mindset: Focus on delivering meaningful business and user outcomes rather than just shipping features. Define success metrics for all initiatives, monitor effectively, and iterate when needed
Sense of ownership & autonomy: Potentially take full ownership of product initiatives from discovery to execution, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement based on impact and relevance with current company strategy
We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex UX challenges, and is deeply user-focused. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in B2B SaaS product design – at least 4 years in a product design role within a SaaS company
Strong problem-solving skills – breaking down complex workflows into small, iterative design improvements for fast delivery
End-to-end design expertise – a strong portfolio showcasing research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI for data-heavy interfaces
Outcome-driven approach – making design decisions aligned with business goals, user impact, and technical feasibility
Collaboration & execution – works closely with PMs and engineers to shape a high-impact, user-centered roadmap while managing multiple projects efficiently.
Proficiency with design systems & tools – expert in Figma and prototyping, creating and maintaining scalable design systems
Adaptability & ownership – thrives in fast-changing environments, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a structured yet pragmatic approach to solving UX challenges
Fluency in English – able to communicate effectively in an international environment.
