We’re seeking a creative Social Content Creator to lead our social media presence on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube for the U.S. market. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to engage audiences, build community, and create memorable brand experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to shape and tell our story in unique, relatable ways—showcasing our passion for sustainable tech and plant science, all while driving engagement and growth across platforms.
The Social Content Creator will report directly to Neoplants’ Marketing Director and collaborate with the team to elevate our presence in the U.S. market.

Your missions & key responsibilities (but not limited to): :

• Design and implement aggressive growth strategies for our social accounts through content, partnerships and original activations.

• Develop and implement platform-specific strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Brainstorm, produce, and post engaging content that resonates with our U.S. audience, stays on top of trends, and enhances brand awareness.

• Partner with external content creators & brands as part of the growth and content strategy.

• Monitor engagement metrics, analyze content performance, and adjust strategies to optimize impact.

  If you’re a social media enthusiast or content creator with a knack for storytelling, a passion for science, and a love for growing online communities, we’d love to meet you!

• Comfortable on camera: you’ll be the face of the brand on social media

• Experience growing a social media following

• Design skills, and working knowledge of tools like Photoshop, Figma, etc.

• Native English speaker with a deep understanding of U.S. culture and trends.

• A passion for science communication and a creative approach to digital storytelling.

• 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in a startup environment.

• Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.

• Video savvy and working knowledge of editing software like Adobe Premiere
