The Expert Services department is responsible for all our customization projects for our customers (OEMs or dealers).

This department consists of various roles to monitor and advise our customers,

and to provide them with specific developments.

Solution architects will manage the relationship with customers in order to provide everything needed to specific requirements, using Nextlane technology.

The Team Project Manager will cover the management of customization projects that are

assigned to his/her team as well as the management of his/her team. This includes: quotations, planning, change management, risk management, team management, customer delivery and deployment management, customer communication and quality management.

🎯 Your responsibilities :

Estimations and scope of work for customization projects.

Project management and interdepartmental communication.

Customization project planning.

Priority management.

Lead team of analysts, programmers and testers: commitment, follow-up, motivation, improvement.

Quality assurance (deadline, quality, cost), documentation, procedures from the pre-analysis tasks, from pre-analysis to pilot.

Applying the defined methodology and documents to manage projects.

Improving customer satisfaction together with all other departments (CSM, Support, PS).

What we are looking for :

Experience & Technical Skills: :

Proven professional experience as a team leader or similar role (at least 10 reporting employees or similar).

Previous project management experience.

Knowledge of various dealer software packages.

Knowledge of the different layers in technical development

Languages: : French, English (plus other languages :

Spanish, German, Swedish, Dutch).

Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced and challenging environment with multiple priorities

Effective communication skills.
