Descriptif du poste

As a B2B Sales Representative based in Madrid, you will play a key role in expanding our presence among professionals (architects, interior designers, developers, companies, etc.) in the Spanish market. You will be responsible for prospecting, managing client accounts, and growing our market share across Spain.

Main Responsibilities:

·       Prospecting and Business Development: Identify, approach, and develop new partnerships with professionals (architects, restaurateurs, hoteliers, real estate investors, etc.).

·       Client Portfolio Management: Manage existing accounts, foster client loyalty, and anticipate their needs. Build close relationships to better understand expectations and offer tailored solutions for each project.

·       Event Participation: Represent NV Gallery at local events (trade shows, exhibitions, etc.) and in our Madrid showroom to enhance brand visibility.

·       Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, produce regular reports, and share field feedback with the marketing and product teams to optimize our offerings.

·       Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the headquarters (B2B, marketing, logistics teams) to ensure seamless execution of projects and orders.


Profil recherché

·       Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the furniture, decoration, or design sectors.

·       Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Spanish market and professional network (architects, developers, etc.).

·       Sales Skills: Excellent skills in prospecting, negotiation, and client retention.

·       Autonomy and Organization: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing a client portfolio efficiently.

·       Passion for the Industry: A strong interest in design and furniture is a plus.

·       Mobility: Position based in Madrid, with regular travel within Spain.
