Are you our new B2B Sales representative?

Can you imagine a world in which users help companies co-create the best experience while handling their impact on society and the planet? Do you want to help us grow the number of organizations who truly value user experience and the quality of their softwares? Then this job might be for you!

We’re seeking a high-energy, results-driven and outgoing team player to join our B2B Sales team. You’ll have full responsibility for conducting end-to-end sales of tech and advisory solutions with complex organizations.

What’s the job about?

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ business environment, and proactively assess customer needs.

  • Engage with prospects, balancing your own prospection with the support of our BDR and marketing teams, and position our solutions through strategic value-based selling, business cases, and ROI analysis.

  • Work hard to convert new enterprise customers through complex sales cycles, establishing deep relationships with key personnel in assigned customers. You will grow a customer portfolio to manage proactively and carefully in order to maximize its value.

  • Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation through our large portfolio of solutions: UX, User Testing platform, Market Research, QA, Sustainable Design, Accessibility, etc.

  • Influence and receive support from product and marketing teams in terms of targeting capabilities, go-to-market strategy, product positioning and key benefits.

  • Leads cross-functional team to meet customer accounts performance objectives and expectations.

  • Be able to self-structure with mid-level objectives for pipeline construction.

Profil recherché

What we expect from you

  • Proven-track records in B2B sales with complex organizations, ideally within a digital agency or tech-based service/solution.

  • Proven hunter mentality to effectively seek out and secure new business opportunities.

  • An outgoing personality that thrives on meeting new people and is comfortable networking on the phone and in face-to-face situations.

  • Perseverance and active-listening, allowing you to overcome sales obstacles and client objections.

  • Autonomy and organization will be some key assets to ensure you can work remotely. Don’t worry, we still meet face-to-face on a regular basis.

  • Capability to adapt easily to changing processes or suggest improvements when you think it is needed.

  • Great communication in French and in English, both orally and in written form.

  • The will to work with peers as part of our organic managerial organization.
