Descriptif du poste

As a Junior Sales at Flowlity, your mission is to drive sales growth by building a robust pipeline, engaging with key stakeholders, and positioning Flowlity’s value proposition effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop a strong sales pipeline and exceed annual sales targets (€300-400k ARR, depending on experience).

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, using a consultative approach.

  • Identify key stakeholders, understand their business challenges, and present Flowlity’s solutions at the C-level.

  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with C-level prospects, demonstrating how Flowlity adds value.

  • Utilize your SaaS sales skills to identify strategic new opportunities in the manufacturing, FMCG, and retail sectors.


Profil recherché

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales

  • 1 year in SaaS, supply chain, or B2B software sales is a plus

  • Fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills (verbal, written, visual).

  • Top-tier business or engineering school background is a must

Déroulement des entretiens

  • Initial video screening (3 minutes) to express why you are the right fit.

  • Fit interview with the CEO or Chief of Staff (1 hour).

  • Technical/Sales interview with Jean-Baptiste Co-founder CEO (2 hours)

  • Final video call with Karim, Co-founder CTO (30 minutes).
