As a Junior Sales Manager at Spinergie, you will play an important role in identifying and managing new sales opportunities in the maritime industry, helping clients gain competitive advantage and optimize their operations.
As part of the Sales team Europe & Middle East, you’ll focus on driving customer growth across these regions.
We’re looking for a proactive, dynamic individual with strong communication and sales skills, eager to develop business opportunities and contribute to our company’s success.
Implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Team to drive business growth
Generate and qualify leads using prospecting tools and manage them through our CRM (HubSpot)
Handle the full sales cycle (100% in English), including responding to RFPs and preparing proposals
Lead client meetings and product demos
Meet and exceed sales targets by converting qualified leads into customers
Create tailored presentations and support content development with our Data Analysts
Prepare pricing proposals and assist in contract negotiations with clients
Ensure smooth transition from sales to onboarding by collaborating with internal teams including Project and Customer Success Managers

Market Intelligence: a big data solution to provide intelligence on offshore industry and support our customers in their prospecting and business decisions
Smart Fleet Management: a tailor-made app for vessel managers & charterers to digitize onboard processes and optimize performance measurement.

Contributing to the energy transition, working for offshore wind projects and towards decarbonization of the maritime sector
Learning more about the maritime industry (& talking a lot about oceans!)
1+ years of experience in software/SaaS sales, business development, or account management
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proactive, self-driven, with a “hunter” mentality for uncovering new opportunities
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent English required; other languages are a plus
Willingness to travel within Europe and Middle East
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Experience in B2B sales or the maritime industry is an advantage
