Position Overview :
As an AI Ops, your mission will be to leverage artificial intelligence capabilities within PayFit to improve our internal efficiency. You will focus on the Product & Tech department and scale to the whole company. You will be in charge of empowering the teams by encouraging the adoption of AI tools or developing custom internal tools, workflows, or experiences.
You will be in charge of:
Operations
> Oversee the day-to-day operations of AI tools, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance
> Implement monitoring tools and processes to track the performance of AI tools, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
> Support PMs in monitoring the performance of AI-enabled features or processes.
> Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
> Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver internal AI tools (assistants, in-house apps, AI features of existing tooling, etc.).
Governance
> Accelerate adoption and impact through best practices, guidelines, and training
> Ensure the optimum usage with contract management and license management.
>Ensure all AI operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements and organizational security policies, in liaison with legal, IT & security teams.
> Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI internal tooling.
Community
> Identify and coach key contacts in each PayFit team to scale the impact of AI across the company.
> Foster a community of passionate people/experts over time, to favor sharing best practices and maximize the use of this technology.

> Have background in SW Engineering or related technical fields
> Have technical capabilities and experience with automations and APIs.
> Possess strong analytical skills and can handle complex problems.

Focus on user needs, co-build solutions, test them, and measure their success.
Your future team
You will be part of the Product Ops team, working closely with product managers, engineers, and ops for the other teams (customer service, sales, etc.) to integrate AI capabilities within PayFit. The team is small but mighty, with an impact on the whole company.
Key collaborators include the Product & Tech department, as well as other stakeholders across the organization.
