Context:
We are selling a B2B SaaS product dedicated to buyer personas like: CFOs, head of treasury, VP of finance to help them manage their end to end finance topics (procurement, treasury…). You will handle a complex sell cycle that lasts on average 3 months.
Within this context, having accounting or financial notions is a big plus that will help you ramp up faster and feel more comfortable in calls and demos.
Our existing team is composed of 2 AEs and 2 BDRs.
🧑🚀 Your mission:
Lead and achieve sales targets by winning new logos
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure
Shape a consistent pipeline generation engine
Plan your pipeline activities to support the company growth with consistence
Use a data-driven approach utilizing Hubspot and other tools to track progress proactively
Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders you’ll meet during the sales cycle (C-Level, Business, Users and IT)
Demonstrate our value proposition to our prospects, handle demonstration
Participate in renowned financial events and act as an ambassador within the financial community
Collaborating closely with your BRD and the rest of the team to solve problems
You already have a demonstrated experience working for a B2B SaaS product and selling to C-Levels buyer personas: you are comfortable driving negotiation and closing deals
You are organized, methodical, and have a taste for documenting sales playbook
You are able to deal with uncertainty and are comfortable handling multiple stakeholders during a sell cycle, including business units and IT teams
You understands the value of utilizing best in class methodologies when building pipeline and qualifying opportunities
You are a team player, and enjoy collaborating with product teams and tech teams
You speak both French and English fluently
