About us

Today, the mid-market segment (300 to 5k employee companies) is vastly underserved when it comes to their procurement processes. These companies struggle with outdated and old fashioned tools, dragged down by decades of tech legacy that create more problems than they solve in the day-to-day work of their employees.

Pivot is committed to solving this by building a smart, engaging and user-friendly procurement tool for employees, streamlining purchase processes while providing the right level of control and reporting. We are creating automations and integrations that simplify the work across all finance teams, freeing them up to be more strategic... and surely happier too!

The adventure started mid-2023 with three founders, former C-levels from fintech unicorns (Qonto and Swile) and highly experienced engineer from top-notch tech companies.

Since then we’ve raised €5M in pre-seed and €20M in Series A with tier-1 investors and built a team of 40 with a product operating with 40 customers across 15 countries.

We are looking for smart, execution-driven people to join our team, with a strong focus on excellence and a desire to achieve great things as a team.

Your role You’ll be joining our Sales team, which currently includes a Head of Sales, an Account Executive, 6 Business Development Representatives, and a BDR Manager.

We are looking for a native English speaker who will be responsible for the UKI region.

Your key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing: Identify and research potential clients who can benefit from Pivot's products.

  • Prospection: Reach out to potential leads the UKI region through creative and strategic outreach campaigns, using both personalized and high-volume tactics.

  • Qualification: Evaluate the potential of leads to ensure alignment with Pivot's target market and the specific needs our product addresses, with a focus on the UKI region.

Your sales mindset

  • Proactive Sourcing Skills: Ability to creatively identify and tap into potential markets and leads, within the UKI market.

  • Strategic Prospection: Experience with high-volume and personalized outreach, adapting tactics to the UKI audience and context.

  • Effective Qualification: Skilled in assessing lead potential, focusing efforts on prospects with the highest conversion likelihood.

  • Adaptability: Nimble in adjusting strategies to meet evolving targets and market conditions.

  • Communication Excellence: Strong email and call communication skills, capable of engaging and persuading potential clients, especially in English.

  • Performance Orientation: Driven by goals, with a track record of exceeding sales targets through effective lead management.

  • Volume Handling and Master Personal Organization: Exceptional ability to manage high volumes of outreach and tasks efficiently, coupled with expert-level personal organization skills.

Requirements

  • You have a Master Degree or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of experience in BtoB Saas Sales (internship or permanent contract).

  • You are a native English speaker.

  • You are proactive, able to prioritize, and willing to thrive in our rapidly growing startup environment and contribute energetically to our collective success

  • You pay close attention to details, an excellent listener, and a valuable team member.

  • You align with your onsite policy, ensuring a smooth and collaborative experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in BtoB Saas Sales.

  • You are a native German speaker and fluent in English.
