Responsibilities:
As Partnership Success Manager, you will be in a key position, responsible for defining the strategy of the Partnership Success division. The aim of this department is to proactively maintain relationships with our partners, improve their satisfaction and use of the terminals, and grow our commercial relationship with them. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for a team of 5 Partnership Success Coordinators whose job will be to support and ensure the satisfaction, loyalty an d development of our partners.
