Team

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content & Brand Specialist to join our marketing team. This junior role is essential in crafting compelling content and designing impactful visuals to support our sales and marketing efforts. You will focus on content creation, collateral design, branding, events, PR, and media relations, working closely with product marketing to enhance our thought leadership in the industry and account-based marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop & draft engaging content for various channels, including blog posts, videos, interviews, newsletters, case studies, press releases and social media

  • Branding: Assist in building company, employer and staff personal branding through innovative content and design strategies. Enhance company brand guidelines

  • Design: Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, sales collaterals, posts, and ads that align with our brand identity

  • Event Support: Design and produce materials for events and webinars, ensuring a cohesive brand presence. Assist sales team in joining industry events when needed

  • PR & Media Relations: Support media outreach efforts and maintain relationships with key media contacts

  • Collaboration with Product Marketing: Work closely with the product marketing team to align content and design with account-based marketing strategies


Profil recherché

The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of experience in content, design and branding, preferably in Enterprise SaaS solutions. In addition:

  • Excellent written, copywriting and verbal communication skills in English. Additional language is a plus.

  • Proficiency using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Google Slides, Figma, Canva, and other design tools.

  • Experience in video creation and editing.

  • Creative, customer-centric and innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and new opportunities.

  • Basic knowledge of PR and media relations.

Bonus skills 🤩

  • Additional language (SP, TH, GER etc.) skills would be a great advantage

Déroulement des entretiens

  • Recruiter Interview - 30min

  • Interview with the Sales & Marketing Director – 60min

  • Written marketing case - 48h to prepare and send back to Qantev

  • Final on-site interview with our Head of Sales - 30min
