Reporting directly to the Head of Delivery, you’ll join a very dynamic team.
Our Delivery team is vital in overseeing the entire client journey—from initial onboarding to successful software delivery. They ensure that client relationships are effectively managed and that client needs are met through Qantev’s AI-driven platform.
As a Native/Fluent Spanish speaker, you’ll oversee the deployment of our solution for our South American and Spanish speaking customers.
You will play a critical role driving the successful end-to-end implementation of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer requirements, and industry standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Independently manage the end-to-end client IT delivery portfolio from design to implementation, through collaborative work following Agile methodologies
Develop and execute high quality Application Software implementation plans independently based on client processes and requirements through API
Work in partnership with Technology, Product and Sales Teams to successfully deliver the Client Portfolio meeting both technical and business requirements
Capture and document client strategy, operational processes and business rules and communicate to Technology Teams
Work in partnership with the Product Team, scope feature requirements and conduct gap analysis
Support the software application design including data schema modeling, process workflow development and execution in line with Qantev Software Lifecycle operating principles
Feed customer and market insights back to the rest of the company, to help design the next generation of AI products
Contribute to the development of technology processes and internal frameworks
Become an expert - and evangelist for – Qantev’s technologies and the capabilities of machine learning
Manage the Solution Deployment resource plan and requirements based on Client Portfolio demands and Sales pipeline
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; Master’s or advanced degree preferred.
Experience in project management and/or implementation of data, IT and/or SaaS projects
Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
Communicate effectively with both internal and external audiences, including large clients and senior executives
Ability to work autonomously and take proactive ownership of complex implementation projects
Bonus skills
Knowledge of the insurance industry is a significant advantage.
PRINCE2, Change Management Practitioner certifications (APMG International)
Proficiency in French is a plus.
