Our competency enhancement plan at QuantCube is comprehensive and dynamic. Upon joining, every employee undergoes a two-week internal training program. We foster continuous learning through peer knowledge sharing in weekly meetings where results, models, and/or research articles are presented. To broaden perspectives, we invite experts in fields like Economics, Data Science, and Satellite technology. Our quarterly feedback system ensures individual growth, and employees/interns actively engage thanks to responsibilities during their projects. This multifaceted approach ensures a well-rounded development experience for all team members.
