The teams are empowered to make any decision that will make their life easier, as well as the architectural concepts. We want our teams to be able to take any decision that will help them write the software they are proud of.
We collaborate with our Product team on a daily basis to ensure the software we deliver is tailored to our customers' needs. Besides, we want to be customer-centric in our tech organization; hence, we try to involve customers in the early discovery phases organized by our Product team as much as possible.
