Objective: The RevOps role at Ringover is vital for optimizing revenue generation processes and enhancing cross-team collaboration through effective tools, processes, and data analysis.

North Star Objective: Drive revenue growth with efficient processes and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tool & Process Optimization
    • Manage Tool Stack: Implement and optimize CRM (Salesforce), prospecting, billing, and automation tools.
    • Training & Support: Provide training to enhance tool utilization and productivity.
    • Performance Monitoring: Create dashboards to track team performance and align with company goals.
    • Process Streamlining: Collaborate with finance to enhance the quote-to-cash cycle.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Align Revenue Teams: Work with Growth, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to streamline revenue processes.
    • Enhance Workflows: Improve workflows for seamless collaboration from lead generation to retention.
    • System Evolution: Anticipate and adapt tools to meet Ringover’s needs.
  • Data Analytics & Strategic Insights
    • Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
    • KPIs & Metrics: Define and analyze KPIs across the sales journey, contributing to forecasting models.
    • Reporting & Dashboards: Provide actionable insights and dashboards to support decision-making.
    • Cross-Functional Data Platforms: Assist in deploying analytics platforms for team alignment.
  • Training & Documentation
    • Team Training: Lead training sessions on tools and processes for effective system use.
    • Documentation: Maintain policies and procedures for consistency in revenue activities.

What We’re Looking For ?

  • Experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations within a startup/scale-up.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including architecture and integrations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with various teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies; MEDDPICC experience is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce, Zendesk, and HubSpot is a plus.
  • Autonomous, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Curious and proactive problem-solver.
  • Fluent in french and english is mandatory
