📢 About the Role:

The Digital Learning Manager at Rise Up plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing digital learning solutions that are aligned with organizational goals. This role involves deploying and implementing SaaS solutions within enterprises and educational organizations, and advising clients on the strategic integration of these technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to develop and implement comprehensive digital learning strategies tailored to their specific needs.
  • Analyze client training needs and advise on suitable digital solutions such as e-learning, blended learning, and mobile learning.
  • Provide strategic guidance on integrating various technologies and content into clients' systems to enhance learning and performance.

Content Consulting and Marketing:

  • Advise clients on the creation and curation of engaging, high-quality educational content.
  • Guide clients on employing instructional design principles that ensure content is engaging and aligned with learning objectives.
  • Help clients develop and manage content strategies that include branding and marketing to boost learner engagement and program visibility.

Engagement and Communication:

  • Design and implement learner engagement strategies that utilize marketing techniques to increase participation and completion rates.
  • Develop communication plans to promote learning programs, creating engaging marketing materials and campaigns that drive enrollment and ongoing participation.
  • Foster a community around the learning programs through strategic use of social media, forums, and other digital channels.

Platform and Ecosystem Management:

  • Oversee and optimize online learning platform and ensure seamless integration of various tools and technologies within the learning ecosystem.
  • Provide expert advice on choosing and utilizing the right digital tools to enhance the learning experience and achieve business goals.

Pre-Sales and Client Support:

  • Participate in pre-sales activities and client presentations, showcasing the learning capabilities of the LMS.
  • Deliver expert insights to strengthen the learning dimension of the LMS during client engagements, utilizing communication and marketing skills to enhance presentation and persuasion efforts.
  • Upskill the Success team to learn knowledge and usage to better serve client’s follow-up and annual strategies.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • Establish KPIs and advise clients on setting up dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of their training programs.
  • Analyze client feedback and data to recommend continuous improvements in training content, methods, and engagement strategies.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital learning, marketing, and technology to continuously introduce innovative ideas and solutions to clients.
  • Attend conferences, seminars, and other professional events to maintain cutting-edge knowledge in educational technology and marketing.

Project Management:

  • Manage digital learning projects from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

    💡 What You'll Bring To The Team:

    • Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in digital learning, with a focus on consulting, implementing SaaS learning solutions, and applying marketing techniques in an educational context.
    • Expertise in digital learning tools and platforms (LMS, LCMS, authoring tools).
    • Strong project management and consulting skills.
    • Proficiency in marketing and communication strategies, particularly within the context of digital learning.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and coordinate cross-functional projects.
    • Proactive and innovative mindset with strong consulting acumen.
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
