Main responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership: Serve as the business lead for the multi-year global Supply Planning Transformation Program (SCCore Program), overseeing the implementation of the Supply Planning CORE model, including processes, organizational structures, and tools, in alignment with the defined roadmap and timelines.
  • Implementation Management: Oversee all phases of the program implementation, ensuring timely delivery within budget while driving continuous value realization.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (>35 FTEs, including ~12 direct reports) comprising internal and external resources. Foster a high-performance culture focused on achieving project goals and deliverables.
  • Core Model Advocacy: Champion the Core Model, promoting standardization and minimizing unnecessary localization.
  • Change Management: Secure buy-in from local business representatives, manage resistance, and drive cultural transformation while enhancing capabilities.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor the program budget, ensuring alignment with approved allocations and proactively addressing any deviations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders, including M&S LT Sponsors, to provide visibility on program activities, escalate roadblocks, and secure necessary support.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with external consulting partners to ensure alignment with project objectives and deliverables.
  • Apply agile and adaptive project management techniques to drive continuous improv
  • Project Governance & Quality: Establish and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure consistent quality controls and transparent reporting systems for progress tracking.

About you

  • Experience:
    • Solid experience in supply chain management with a strong focus on supply planning, operations, and transformation.
    • Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs or managing supply chain organizations/teams.
    • At least 3-5 years in leadership roles with direct people management responsibilities.
    • Experience working in multicultural, matrixed environments, preferably with global or above-country responsibilities.
  • Soft skills:
    • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to develop people and build high-performing teams.
    • Strong change management expertise, capable of driving cultural shifts and process transformations.
    • Results-driven with a problem-solving mindset and a "getting things done" approach.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, thriving in cross-functional, global environments.
  • Technical skills:
    • Extensive project/program management experience, from initiation to execution and value realization
    • Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts, processes, and best practices.
    • Solid background in supply chain operations, including capacity planning, inventory management, and materials management.
    • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and adaptive project management techniques.
    • Knowledge of Kinaxis (E2E supply planning, site planning) is highly desirable.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory). Proficiency in French is an asset
  • Travel Requirements: This role requires a minimum of 50% travel to support global program activities and stakeholder engagement.
