The RevOps - Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring data reliability and supporting internal teams in strategic decision-making by maintaining process and tool alignment.
This role is vital for enhancing information centralization and clarity across business operations, working closely with the current RevOps to optimize workflows.
Data Management
Data Quality Oversight: Ensure high-quality data from our CRM (HubSpot), our ERP (Odoo), and our SaaS (Semji).
ETL & Data Warehousing: Refine and optimize ETL processes, restructure existing SQL queries to create a single source of truth within the Data Warehouse (BigQuery).
Data Visualization & Analysis: Create data visualizations using Looker Studio and conduct analyses on metrics such as churn, net retention, and conversion rates.
Data Integrity: Maintain CRM data quality to enable reliable decision-making.
Artificial Intelligence (LLM & ML): You will receive training to incorporate language models into daily processes, data handling, and the development of internal AI tools.
Analysis and Data Explanation: Ability to conduct meaningful analysis and clearly communicate insights to non-technical teams.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Understanding Team Needs: Collaborate closely with teams (Sales, CSM, Marketing, Finance and R&D) to identify their needs and support technical integrations.
Change Management Support: Provide technical and educational support during transitions to new practices.
You have over 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or in other data-related roles…
You graduated from an engineering school or hold a degree focused on data.
Ideally, you’ve already worked in SaaS environments.
Database Management Proficiency: Expertise in SQL (BigQuery), ETL, and Data Warehousing for effective data management and transformation.
Data Visualization Tool Experience: Proficiency with platforms like Looker Studio or similar.
Bonus: Experience with automation tools, ideally n8n.io (alternatively make.com).
Bonus: Experience with CRM tools, ideally HubSpot.
Analytical and Investigative Mindset: Ability to conduct independent analyses, understand complex technical issues, and establish cause-effect relationships.
Design and Simplify Complex Systems: Build sophisticated data systems and streamline them for user-friendly access.
Query Across Multiple Tables and Directions: Efficiently manage and link data across various tables for comprehensive insights.
Attention to Detail and Rigor: Strong focus on details and handling complex issues with care.
Quick Learning Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn new information and technologies.
Pedagogy: Skill in conveying technical knowledge to non-expert teams.
Team Collaboration & Change Facilitation: Capable of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and guiding them through digital transformation and tool mastery.
Location: Lyon 9th district (Metro D – Gare de Vaise).
2 days of remote work per week (wednesday & friday)
Salary range between €40k and €45k gross annual base, depending on experience.
