Required profile
We are looking for a French native speaker business developer in charge of inbouding leads to develop and be fully in charge of the French market on the B2B department: offer to hotels, companies & co-workings the best CSR coffee solution (coffee machine, coffee & tea from small artisans).
You will join the adventure from the beginning, and you will contribute to the growth of the company in Europe. You will work in a multicultural company & offices (job based in the city center of Paris).
Main responsibilities include 2 phasis :
First 6 to 9-months:
- Take care of inbouding lead, receive demands, contact lead (phone + mailing) to make sure to convert maximum of them
- Lead the 1st phone call with these leads to get info on lead needs
- Lock a second meeting for your Account Executive
- Quote creation for your Account Executive
- Prospection (phoning, emailing, fairs), creation of a portfolio, CRM cleaning & Lead management
After reaching first months objectives in term of prospection and meeting locked, you will move to next step: Account executive for small & medium customers :
- 2nd meeting of negotiations
- Tasting
- Closing
Also additionnal tasks like:
- Data Tracking: You will follow all project data results, analyze and forecast future steps in order to take necessary actions for French market.
- Fairs & events: And of course, you will be the best SENSATERRA representative during hot beverages fairs in France.

● You already have sales experience (or feel you can do it!)
● Reactivity and multi-tasking are key words with sales skills: leads are coming from webmarketing and needs to be contacted very fast to make sure to take advantages
● You enjoy human relations. You are dynamic
● You are not afraid to pick up the phone and get a direct contact with the person in charge
● You speak French native speaker level
● You are good at speaking English
● You are passionate or just very curious about the hot beverages market
● You build strong relationships with your partners, especially when it comes to great hot beverages :)
