Required profile

We are looking for a French native speaker sales representative to develop and be fully in charge of the French market on the B2B department: offer to hotels, companies & co-workings the best CSR coffee solution (coffee machine, coffee & tea from small artisans).

You will join the adventure from the beginning, and you will contribute to the growth of the company in Europe. You will work in a multicultural company & offices (job based in the city center of Paris).

Main responsibilities include 2 phasis :

  1. First 6 to 12-months:
    - Prospection (phoning, emailing, fairs), creation of a portfolio, CRM clean
    - Lock meeting for your Account Executive
    - Quote creation

  2. After reaching first months objectives in term of prospection and meeting locked, you will move to next step: Account executive for small & medium customers  :
    - 1st meeting with new B2B customers
    - 2nd meeting of negotiations
    - Tasting
    - Closing

  3. Also additionnal tasks like:
    - Data Tracking: You will follow all project data results, analyze and forecast future steps in order to take necessary actions for French market.
    -
    Fairs & events: And of course, you will be the best SENSATERRA representative during hot beverages fairs in France.

Profil recherché

● You are fond of challenges; you are proactive and ultra-motivated by being invested in an ambitious start-up launch and growth
● You are a SALES person: you contact your leads by phone and never give up!
● You already have sales experience (or feel you can do it!)
● You enjoy human relations. You are dynamic
● You are not afraid to pick up the phone and get a direct contact with the person in charge
You speak French native speaker level
● You are good at speaking English
● You are passionate or just very curious about the hot beverages market
● You build strong relationships with your partners, especially when it comes to great hot beverages :)
