Internship: 50% in offices for preparation & reporting, 50% on the field (after sales to B2B customers) in autonomy
We are looking for a Operations Associate to develop and be in charge of the Customer care services. You will work in a multicultural company & offices. Job based 50% in the city center of Paris and 50% in our warehouse close to Paris.
As an Operations Associate, your main role is make sure B2B clients are satisfied, and operated in the best way. You’ll work in direct contact with the co-founder in charge of Operations:
Client installation & follow-up: We’ve signed a new contract ? good news, it’s your responsibility to install machines and consumables, and operate the contract throughout the full lifetime
Customer Support : deal with all B2B after sales demands within 24h to make sure to keep a 100% satisfaction rate on Sensaterra.
Logistics :prepare the packages to be sent to client, coordinate the pick-up of the packages, assist clients with potential logistic related topics, set machines to the customers, deliver fresh coffee to B2B customers
Process optimization : you will help optimize the processes, create a good collaboration with other department, and manage this department
Right Hand of the cofounder: You will work directly with one of the cofounders Europe on several tasks: customer support, product development, account management and more: gather information, find best solution and spread to other teams.
Required profile
You have the driving licence (mandatory) and are not afraid to drive in Paris and suburbs.
You are fond of challenges; you are proactive and ultra-motivated by being invested in an ambitious start-up launch and growth
You are a POSITIVE person: there is no problem, only solution!
You enjoy human relations. You are dynamic and have the smile 😊
You speak at least intermediate French
You’ve got a good level of English
You are passionate or just very curious about the hot beverages market

Remuneration: 700 €/month (Gross) + monthly bonus based on number of clients under management
