As our Global Patient Affairs Director - Oncology, you’ll lead initiatives that connect and uplift the patient voice in oncology across our global network. In this impactful role, you’ll foster relationships, align patient needs with cross-functional teams, and champion patient-centered care within our group.

 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Patient Advocacy: Build lasting, impactful partnerships with international patient communities (organizations & individuals) to shape our oncology patient engagement strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate dynamic collaboration between patients and teams in R&D, Medical, Market Access, and beyond to ensure patient perspectives are fully integrated.
  • Sustainable Impact: Secure the quality and transparency of our relationships with patient coalitions, aligned with ethical standards and corporate vision.

Key Focus Areas :

  • Lead patient-centered projects in partnership with R&D, Medical, and Marketing teams.
  • Shape patient engagement through all phases of drug development, ensuring their insights are prioritized.
  • Identify and build relationships with key patient organizations and influencers in oncology.
  • Guide ethical, impactful partnerships with a focus on transparency and compliance.

Contribution :

  • Drive the implementation of the Patient Affairs strategy across our global departments.
  • Amplify the patient voice within our organization by sharing patient insights and partnership successes.

Profil recherché

Description du profil :

  • Education: Advanced degree in Life Sciences (MS, PhD, MD, PharmD) or a relevant background in Public Affairs with proven advocacy experience.
  • Experience: 10+ years in pharma (patient affairs a plus) or within patient organizations, with a strong preference for oncology.
  • Skills: Mastery in project management, cross-functional teamwork, and fluency in English (French understanding a plus).

  • Proactive, adaptable, with a tactful yet assertive communication style.
