The Health Equity Manager will operate in the Global Medical and Patient Affairs department and support the Health Equity Director in developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy and initiatives to address health disparities and strive to promote equitable access, in alignment with the CSR and sustainability strategy. 

Your main responsibilities will be :

• Data Analysis
  • Identify best practices and innovative approaches to health equity within the pharma sector
  • Design and implement data collection
  • Develop reports and dashboards for internal follow-up
• Project Management
  • Oversee the development of the health equity roadmap and initiatives
  • Monitor program progress
  • Manage relationship with stakeholders
• Communication
  • Co-develop communication toolkit and disseminate it

• Education : MD, PharmD, Healthcare Engineer, Master’s Degree in life sciences or public health or related field. First experience in pharma industry or public health or NGOs
