We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and structure our sales and operations teams. This role is critical to ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, and strengthening Seven’s leadership in the professional training market. 👉 Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic and Commercial Development
Develop and execute sales and operational strategies aligned with Seven’s ambitious growth goals for 2025.
Pilot and optimize KPIs and OKRs, ensuring the company achieves measurable, data-driven success.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, while identifying new revenue streams and business opportunities.
2. Leadership and Team Management
Lead, inspire, and scale a multidisciplinary team of approximately 10 members to achieve high performance.
Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and a strong focus on written communication, aligning with Seven’s core values.
Drive the recruitment process to ensure the team is positioned to meet future challenges.
3. Process Optimization
Analyze, optimize, and digitalize internal workflows using tools like Notion, Airtable, and other innovative solutions.
Collaborate with the founders to define and implement best practices and ensure operational efficiency.
Champion continuous improvement, ensuring processes adapt to the company’s growth and the market’s evolution.
4. Training Program Development & Trainer
Create and launch innovative training programs that address current and future market needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of training solutions and actively contribute to their facilitation.

5. Market Intelligence and Adaptability
Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to ensure Seven remains a market leader.
Contribute to long-term strategic planning by identifying and adapting to new opportunities and challenges.
👉 Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a strong plus.
👉 Experience
8-12 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in training, education, consulting, or other dynamic industries.
Demonstrated interest in the education sector or professional training markets is a plus.
