Your Future Team:

Join Seyna’s Product Team, where you’ll collaborate with our Senior Product Manager, Ying, and a new Senior Product Designer who’ll join in November. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with our talented Engineering Team, especially our Engineering Managers (Kseniia & Nicolas) to bring product visions to life, as well as with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of both customers and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

As the 2nd Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. With that in mind, you will:

Discovery:

  • Engage with stakeholders and conduct market research to identify customer pain points and stay ahead of industry trends.

Building:

  • Design innovative solutions and create detailed product specifications.

  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure a seamless user experience and timely, high-quality product delivery.

Tracking & Iteration:

  • Measure product success with data-driven insights, continuously identifying areas for improvement.

  • Lead iterative cycles to enhance product performance and user satisfaction.

Communication:

  • Act as the product advocate, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap across all teams.

  • Equip Marketing and Sales teams with the knowledge and tools to promote and sell the product effectively.

  • You excel at prioritizing, balancing immediate tasks with long-term strategic goals.

  • You lead with data, using metrics to drive smarter decisions and continuous product improvements.

  • You’re fluent both in French & English
