Following a successful first interview with the HR team, we will invite you to a recruitment afternoon with your potential future managers in October 2024 at our premises, Paris 8th.

What is the mission ?

In the Shiseido Brand Export team, you will be in charge of n charge of Export markets (Scandinavia, Central/Eastern Europe, Mediterranean, & Africa). The team’s common objective is to ensure the development and growth of the Skincare brands of the Group at Export.

The intern will get a great overview of Operational Marketing, Business Development & Transverse Marketing disciplines (Media, PR, Trade Marketing). He/she will work on two distribution models (Distributors & Direct to Retail). He/She will work with various internal & external contacts, including but not limited to: Regional Brand Holders, Export Commercial/Merchandising Teams & Distributors.

 

What are the main responsibilities ?

  • Data Analysis & consolidation:

Support on Forecast Analysis & Reporting on seasonal launches, Support on Sell In/Sell Out Monthly Analysis by Market & by Line, Support on Post-Launch Analysis Reports on New Launches performance, Updates of Distribution, Investment & Assortment databases

  • Trade Marketing

Coordination with Marketing & Expert Teams to ensure all assets/guidelines are available on time for new launches and seasonal marketing animations. Updates of the Marketing Books/Asset Recaps gathering, consolidation & sending, Evaluation of Trade/eTrade Animation Proposals based on Marketing KPIs vs. Guidelines. Become THE contact for questions regarding 360 marketing tools/assets

 

 

  • Communication (media&PR)

Update & Transmit of all communication guidelines & assets. Coordination with Expert Teams (PR, Media) on all Export Communication Plans. Follow Up on all project roll-outs including PR events & e-events, Influencer collaborations, & Media. Monthly Reporting on Key Communications actions & achievements to the brand

Competitor Analysis

  • Monthly reporting on Skincare Competitor best practices within key markets & key retailers, with a special focus on e-retail visibility,
  • Recommendations based on Competitor Analysis conclusion

Requirements :

  • Master 1/2 Business School
  • Good English spoken & written. French appreciated.
  • At least a first experience in operational marketing and/or in the beauty industry
  • Perfect knowledge of Office pack, focus Excel & PowerPoint

Personality :

  • Rigorous & Able to Multi-task
  • Good balance between Creative & Analytical Skills
  • Attentive to details
  • International Experience OR Interest in International Experience
  • Good Coordination/Organizational skills
