    As part of the concert vertical, you will support our partners (tour operators, promoters, concert halls) on a daily basis, playing a crucial role in their development on the French market throughout their lifecycle.

    🔨What you will do

    Your objective: to understand how to sell tickets for this type of event, and to help tour operators implement the right marketing strategies in tandem with the Account Manager.

    A combination of expertise is required:

    • Marketing expertise (channels, tools, project management)
    • Industry knowledge (music events, touring and concert markets)
    • Client facing experience
    • Project management skills
    • Mastery of Shotgun's product, the Smartboard, on which you will be trained.

    🎯 Role's objectives

    • Support Shotgun customers in their main challenge: selling more tickets to a targeted audience, by developing appropriate marketing strategies.
    • Understand the specific marketing challenges of each organizer and propose customized solutions to optimize their performance.
    • Deploy marketing campaigns in line with organizers' growth objectives, and maximize their impact by adjusting budget allocation according to sales dynamics.
    • Identify key periods in the organizers' sales cycle and implement targeted marketing actions to stimulate sales.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using socio-demographic, behavioral and musical data, in order to refine action plans.
    • Provide responsive and flexible support to meet partners' day-to-day needs.


    💡 Profile

    We are looking for an experienced profile, capable of driving marketing initiatives and having demonstrated a significant impact on sales performance (GMV, revenues, conversion rates). With strong analytical and optimization skills, you are able to translate data insights into action levers to maximize campaign effectiveness and sales growth.

    Expected skills:

    • Development and coordination of omnichannel online and offline campaigns (email, social media, search, retargeting)
    • Implementation of content strategies: copywriting, blogging, videos, social media, etc.
    • Analytical skills
      • Audience segmentation
      • A/B testing
      • Impact analysis on key KPIs related to ticket sales
    • Project management: organization, prioritization of tasks and coordination of complex marketing campaigns.
    • Meta & Pixel Tracking
      • Ability to audit our pixel set-up
      • Construction of associated documentation
      • Support for organizers on these issues
    • Expertise in Social Ads management (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
