    As a Sales Operations Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our Revenue Operations team, ensuring our sales processes are streamlined, data-driven, and aligned with Shotgun’s strategic priorities. You’ll be instrumental in boosting the sales team’s efficiency and elevating their success globally.

    🔨What you will do

    Depending on quarterly priorities, your impact will span across:

    1️⃣ Sales Excellence:

    • Process Management: Design and implement scalable, automated processes to optimize the sales team's time and efforts.
    • Tool Optimization: Ensure our CRM and sales tools drive efficiency and adoption.
    • Training & Support: Enable the sales team with world-class tools and training.
    • Lead Management: Tier, score, and route leads seamlessly.
    • Outbound Automation: Innovate lead acquisition strategies for B2B customers.

    2️⃣ Actionable Business Insights:

    • BI & Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable sales funnel reporting and forecasts.
    • Data Mastery: Maintain accurate, high-quality data for informed decision-making.


    You will also be a key stakeholder in initiatives like:

    • sales objectives & incentives, in support to VP Sales
    • sales commissions calculation, in articulation with Finance Ops
    • customer journey optimization, in articulation with Product, Marketing, CS & Ops
    • ICP definition, in articulation with Marketing

    💡 Ideal candidate requirements

    We’re looking for an impact-driven builder who thrives in dynamic environments:

    • Experience: solid 2+ yr of experience in Sales Ops in a company that scaled
    • Collaborative: willing to meet internal customers’ needs, you were in direct contact with Field Sales / KA Sales on Processes & Tooling topics
    • Builder: you implemented a successful CRM revamping project
    • Impact-driven: you can value impact you had on your North Star metric
    • Data-Savvy: you know how to build and leverage critical data.
    • Bilingual: Fluent in French and English.
    • (Experience with HubSpot is a plus.)
