Strategic Execution & Performance Monitoring
Partner with the CEO to define, communicate, and execute company strategy and priorities.
Own and manage the OKR process, ensuring clear goal-setting, alignment, and accountability across teams.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-informed decision-making.
Facilitate quarterly business reviews, leadership offsites, and strategy workshops.
Executive Operations & Decision Support
Act as a thought partner to the CEO, supporting key business decisions and long-term planning.
Prepare briefing materials, dashboards, and executive presentations for board meetings and company-wide events.
Lead executive team meetings, ensuring structured discussions, efficient follow-ups, and outcome-driven execution.
Operational Efficiency & Cross-Functional Leadership
Drive cross-departmental collaboration, breaking down silos and ensuring teams are aligned.
Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable operational improvements to enhance execution speed.
Lead critical company-wide initiatives and special projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Organizational Effectiveness & Culture Building
Improve internal communication structures to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
Support organizational design as Sifflet scales, optimizing team structures and processes.
Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and execution excellence.
Problem-solving ninja with a bias for action—you anticipate challenges, think critically, and execute effectively.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple complex initiatives at once.
Analytical and data-driven, comfortable working with KPIs and operational metrics.
Excellent communicator, able to distill complex topics into clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a similar role, management consulting, strategy, or operations.
Experience in fast-scaling technology companies
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with high impact.
Strong business acumen with experience in executive decision-making processes.
Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
Paris-based with flexibility to travel when needed.
