Strategic Execution & Performance Monitoring

  • Partner with the CEO to define, communicate, and execute company strategy and priorities.

  • Own and manage the OKR process, ensuring clear goal-setting, alignment, and accountability across teams.

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-informed decision-making.

  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews, leadership offsites, and strategy workshops.

Executive Operations & Decision Support

  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO, supporting key business decisions and long-term planning.

  • Prepare briefing materials, dashboards, and executive presentations for board meetings and company-wide events.

  • Lead executive team meetings, ensuring structured discussions, efficient follow-ups, and outcome-driven execution.

Operational Efficiency & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Drive cross-departmental collaboration, breaking down silos and ensuring teams are aligned.

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable operational improvements to enhance execution speed.

  • Lead critical company-wide initiatives and special projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Organizational Effectiveness & Culture Building

  • Improve internal communication structures to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.

  • Support organizational design as Sifflet scales, optimizing team structures and processes.

Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and execution excellence.


Profil recherché

  • Problem-solving ninja with a bias for action—you anticipate challenges, think critically, and execute effectively.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple complex initiatives at once.

  • Analytical and data-driven, comfortable working with KPIs and operational metrics.

  • Excellent communicator, able to distill complex topics into clear, actionable insights.

  • Thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.

Comfortable working across all levels of the organization, from boardroom to execution teams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, management consulting, strategy, or operations.

  • Experience in fast-scaling technology companies

  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with high impact.

  • Strong business acumen with experience in executive decision-making processes.

  • Fluency in French and English (mandatory).

Paris-based with flexibility to travel when needed.
