We are looking for a strategic and result oriented Product Marketing Manager to join the Product team at Singulart. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategies for our products, driving the adoption of key features, and leading critical initiatives that enhance the artist experience and their retention. You will be working at the intersection of many teams, keeping the Artist needs at the heart of your efforts, ensuring that Singulart remains their partner of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Go-to-Market Strategies:

  • Define and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates. Continuously monitor the impact of the implemented activities, track adoption metrics and recommend iterations when needed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product positioning & messaging as well as on GTM execution internally and externally.

Content Creation:

  • Produce high-quality marketing collateral for our artists, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. 

  • Explore and innovate with diverse content formats, analyzing their effectiveness in driving engagement and retention among our users.

  • Be in charge of the copywriting for the product marketing content including emails, onsite touchpoints and other promotional assets

Analyze and Report:

  • Track key performance indicators for product marketing initiatives, providing regular updates on progress and outcomes.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of each channel in regards to the established goals using insights to optimize future campaigns.

Market Research and Customer focus:

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs & market trends

  • Conduct benchmarking against direct and indirect competitors, analyzing key features and positioning.

  • Engage directly with prospective or existing clients to gather insights and feedback on features, needs, and pain points, translating these findings into actionable recommendations for product development and to inform the PMM approach

  • Act as an ambassador for our artist community, ensuring their perspectives are integrated into product decisions and strategic development.


Profil recherché

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of Product Marketing experience in tech, preferably within a SaaS company

  • Fluent in English for both verbal and written communication with the ability to produce high-quality copy. Proficiency in French or German is a plus.

  • Analytical mindset: able to leverage data to drive decision making and to confidently report on activities

  • Impact driven with a track record of successful go to market initiatives results

  • Proactive mindset: is able to identify opportunities and tackle challenges head-on

  • Ability to work cross functionally and to foster collaboration between various teams (Artist facing teams, marketing, product etc)

  • Passionate about understanding and advocating for the customer (in our case Artists): eager to engage with them and to represent them internally 

  • Creative storyteller, able to make complex topics sound simple yet exciting 

  • Enjoys a fast-paced start-up environment, adapting quickly to change and finding innovative solutions to challenges that arise.
