We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product team and play a key role in shaping the future of our SaaS solutions for artists. In this role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from understanding the motivations and needs of our current and potential Artists to designing and testing hypotheses, and ultimately delivering innovative experiences tailored to them.

Main Responsibilities Include:

• Product Strategy: collaborate closely with the Head of Product to contribute and advocate for the product strategy by translating Artists needs into actionable business and product requirements.

• Roadmap Execution: shape the roadmap based on user needs and business objectives, with a focus on enhancing the artist experience & driving retention. Define product requirements, create detailed product specifications and prioritise features for the Artist SaaS solution.

• Cross-functional collaboration: foster strong collaboration with your partner teams in engineering, design, marketing, and Artist facing teams, to ensure alignment and successful delivery and adoption of product features.

• Customer centric mindset: actively engage with artists in the product development process through various methodologies, ensuring artists insights inform decision-making.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: leverage data to gain insights about users, forecast potential impact, drive product improvements, and measure the impact of product features on user retention and satisfaction.

• Experimentation: design & implement tests to validate hypotheses and optimise key features or develop new offerings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with a background in SaaS products being very valuable (experience with marketing-related products is also a plus).

• Enjoys a fast-paced start-up environment, adapting quickly to change and finding innovative solutions to challenges that arise.

• Proven experience in customer-centric product development, with a history of actively involving clients in the process.

• Proactive mindset with a willingness to identify opportunities and tackle challenges head-on

• Impact-driven with a track record of delivering successful products that have made a measurable impact.

• Demonstrated analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and with clients.

• Fluent in French & English
