• • Shape Quality: Partner with product leads and stakeholders to align on requirements and set priorities.
    • Lead QA Efforts: Drive test planning, execution, and reporting within your squad, ensuring smooth and effective processes.
    • Mentor Excellence: Guide and empower QA Engineers, sharing expertise on advanced testing strategies and tools.
    • Be the Voice of Quality: Advocate for excellence during Agile ceremonies, from sprint planning to retrospectives.
    • Collaborate for Consistency: Work with other QA Leads and the Head of QA to maintain alignment across product areas.

✨ You are a great match if :

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in test automation and software quality assurance preferably in the FinTech domain.

• Languages: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams, an excellent team player.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Strong understanding of FinTech challenges, including compliance, security, and real-time processing.

• You thrive on challenges, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy the energy of scale-ups.

Haythem is the QA Director of Skaleet. With 15 years of experience in the QA field, Haythem joined Skaleet a year ago to build a Quality Assurance and automation team, significantly contributing to Skaleet’s growth and development.
