Each year, 140M children are born. Birth defects affect 1 in 33 births in developed countries, and in 50% of cases, they are not detected during prenatal examinations. Prenatal medicine is particularly complex, and the scans impose heavy responsibilities on healthcare professionals. They can also be a source of stress for future parents.
Resulting from 5 years of collaboration between world-renowned experts from Necker Hospital and Ecole Polytechnique, Sonio uses artificial intelligence to improve prenatal screening and diagnosis. Based on patented algorithms and a proprietary expert database, Sonio aims to become the reference tool to help practitioners improve screening, reduce diagnostic errors, and optimize pregnant women’s medical path.

About the role
It’s a great opportunity to how to do products in fast-paced IA Software company in the healthcare industry. You will be working on our AI-powered Practice Management system for women’s health ultrasound practitioners that will transform the way we do fetal ultrasound.
Main missions will be:
Product Strategy: Support the product team to define product plans and go-to-market strategies in the US and Europe.
Product Owner: Test and prioritisation of new product features with the developers
Product Data: Define and track KPIs for our products. We’re using Metabase and Google Analytics.
Product Ops: Implement the relevant tools to support the Sales & Customer Success team
Develop our tester community: We’re using a lot of feedback to develop our products and you’ll be in charge of making sure we have the right people available to test our products.
Sonio is a mission-driven company so interest in our mission is critical. Other requirements are:
Strong interest in health, IA and specifically our mission
Strong interest in product, ideally a first internship experience (but not mandatory!)
Autonomous on some topics, you want to learn a lot (quickly!) and you can be flexible as start-ups' priorities can shift very quickly
You have a structured approach, you like to back your decision with data
You’re a team player
Ideally, you have some SQL skills
You’re fluent in French and English
