You’ll join the Product & Ops team.

You’ll be responsible for the entire Product Marketing scope, from discovery to delivering key messages about newly released features. This includes working on the Broker Platform & Stoïk Protect messaging and positioning, our “scan report,” our Knowledge Base, our product changelog, and our website.

Our team consists of a dozen software engineers, two product managers, and two designers. They focus on the following areas :

• Applications: Our engineers develop the “Broker Platform” for brokers to bind insurance contracts, and “Stoïk Protect,” an application for setting up cyber-tools for our insureds.

• Cyber-tools: These include external scans, a phishing module, internal scans (AD, cloud), and incident response tools like a hotline, EDR, etc.

You will help and empower two other teams with their weekly tasks, which often involve work on Product Marketing :

• Marketing & Content Management : Assist the Marketing team when their content (white papers, blog posts, etc.) relates to our product and applications.

• Design : Collaborate with designers for all necessary assets, from emails to the cyber-risk report we provide to our insureds.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Market Research : Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the insurance and cyber competitive landscapes.

2. Customer Insights : Use customer feedback to refine product messaging and improve the overall customer experience.

3. Go-to-Market : Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, including messaging and distribution plans. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure successful product introductions.

4. Cross-Functional Leadership : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and collaboration on product initiatives.

• Qualifications

  • Working experience as a PMM is mandatory,

  • Working experience in English is a strong plus,

  • Experience in a fast growing startup is a strong plus,

  • Knowledge in cybersecurity and/or insurance is a plus.
